How paid plans work today
There is no online checkout yet. To move to a larger plan, log in, open Plans, choose a plan and send a request, optionally with a phone or WhatsApp number and a message. Our team contacts you, and once the request is approved the plan is active immediately and its credits are added to your account. You can have one open request at a time and see its status on the same page.
Plans marked "Price on request" do not have a published price yet; you will be told the price before anything is agreed.

- Credits are only used when a suggestion is actually produced. If generation fails, the reserved credits are returned.
- Bulk runs reserve credits for every selected product when they start. Products that fail or are cancelled get their credits back.
- The Free plan allowance is granted once per account and once per store site, the first time a store is connected.
Free plugin, paid service
The plugin itself has no paid version and no locked features. Everything it does depends on the service: plans differ only in AI credits, the number of stores you can connect and how many products a bulk run can include.
