Everything listed here is available today in plugin version 0.5.0 and the service at app.tricksbiz.com. Planned work is listed separately at the end.
Product scoring
Each imported product is analysed automatically after every import, using rules rather than AI, so scoring uses no credits. Seven areas are weighted into an overall score out of 100:

Every problem has a severity, the field it concerns, a recommended fix and, where possible, the AI action that can fix it. A product needs attention when it scores below 70 or has a critical problem. Expected attributes are learned from your own catalogue.
In WordPress, a score column appears on the Products screen and a score box with sub-scores on the product edit screen.
AI suggestions
From a product page in your account you can fix one problem or generate content for:
- Product name, SEO title or meta description (one field at a time)
- Short and long description together
- Product FAQ
- Image ALT text
- A full content pack covering all of the above
- Attribute extraction: attribute values stated in your title or description, each quoted from the source text. These are shown as suggestions only; attributes are never created automatically.
Suggestions are written in English and use only facts already in your product data. The service rejects output that adds unsupported specifications, measurements, materials, warranties, certifications, compatibility claims, ingredients, medical claims, shipping promises, prices, discounts, availability, links or contact details. HTML in descriptions is limited to a safe list of tags.
Only part of each product is sent to the AI provider: name, brand, categories, type, attributes, descriptions, SEO fields, FAQ, and image file names and ALT text. Prices, stock and customer data are not sent. See the privacy policy.
Review, apply and roll back
- Compare the current and suggested value side by side, edit the suggestion, then approve and apply it, or reject it.
- A change is only written if the product still matches what it was when the suggestion was made. Otherwise it is marked as a conflict and nothing is written; re-sync the product and generate again.
- Every applied change can be restored from the change history.
- The original AI output is kept alongside your edited version.
Bulk actions
Select products, or all products matching your filters, and run analysis or an AI action on all of them. Credits for AI actions are reserved when the run starts; products that fail or are cancelled get their credits back. Follow progress on the Bulk page and cancel at any time. The number of products per run depends on your plan.
In your WordPress store
- Simple and variable products. Variation attribute options are included in the import.
- SEO titles and meta descriptions are written to Yoast SEO or Rank Math when active, otherwise stored by the plugin and printed in the page head.
- Approved FAQs appear in an FAQ tab on the product page, or wherever you place the
[tbpo_faq]shortcode. Filters let developers turn the tab off or rename it. - Products are re-imported shortly after they are created, edited, trashed or deleted.
- Connection credentials are stored encrypted in your WordPress database. The service's notifications to your site are signed and verified.
- Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. The plugin never reads or changes orders.
Your account
- Overview, product list with filters and sorting, and a page per product with scores and problems.
- Usage per action and per day, and a full credit history.
- Store management: test the connection, start an import, rotate the store key, disconnect.
- A REST API (
/api/v1) with personal access tokens for products, analysis, suggestions, changes and bulk runs.
Planned, not available yet
- Suggestions in languages other than English. Product language is already recorded, but generation is English only.
- Other ecommerce platforms. Only WooCommerce is supported.
- Online checkout for paid plans. Plans are currently requested from your account and activated by our team.
Planned items have no release date.
